Welcome to the SBCSELPA Community Advisory Committee

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a SBCSELPA committee that represents parents, educators, and community agencies and works to support the operation of the SBCSELPA Local Plan – the local requirements for ensuring a free appropriate public education (FAPE) for all individuals with exceptional needs in Santa Barbara County.

Regularly, all meetings are open to the public and will be held at the Buellton Recreation Center, 301 2nd Street, Buellton, CA beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the scheduled meeting date.
